Well, while it might not be 'widespread' [define] it happens. I
require two or more 'hearings' not always consecutive ones - and that
is made clear on qrz.

When I was a listener back in the 60's that was something I always did
as a matter of course.

The same is requested by Bob Treacher [now he IS a good SWL !!] for
the calls he handles - in fact he has a black list, and I know that
Andreas would never submit a 'duff' report.

While the cluster is a valuable tool for many - it is too often used
to 'abuse'.
