Thanks, Bill.  I talked with Bill Moore on Wed morning.  It was a nice lady
named Lorraine who told me on Tue that 5X1RI was good for credit.

That was wrong, I take responsibility.

The op for 5X1RI assures me he mailed a copy of the passport on Jan 2 to
Bill directly.

There is some confusion, I just returned today and Wayne and I have been
out and we are the only 2 that could confirm this. As of now I am still
awaiting documentation.
