Does anyone have QSL info for EK6RL, op Levon?  The only info he gives on air 
is "via bureau".  Not finding any qsl info at the time, I put a card in with 
my next bureau shipment, but....I would like to find a direct route.  Has 
anyone been able to get a card via the bureau?

Nothing on any website anywhere, even qrz.ru.  Could it be a pirate?  No 
QSN's on the cluster since late last year.  I worked him in May 2006.
