[Dx-qsl] SWL data is correct, but

Yes Al,
I agree, if they took the time to write out a QSL card,
then I feel I should also take the time to write out a QSL card..
QSLing to SWLs hasn't changed in My books...
I don't care if the station I worked lives next door to them.,..
its only a QSL card....
