I whole-heartedly agree with this. I actively dislike lick-and-seal 
(moisten-and-seal, if you prefer) envelopes, but in getting custom 
printed envelopes in the size I needed, the only option that was even 
close to being economical was 20# white wove security-tinted and 
conventional gummed. Peel-and-seal *was* available but at more than 
twice the cost. Air-mail markings and/or lighter-weight options were 
not available at all.

Maybe if a bunch of hard-core QSLers got together and came up with a 
good design, and could guarantee a print run that a custom envelope 
manufacturer could do, we might finally have a solution for this problem.
