My mistake.  I missed the AIR-MAIL part.  For Air Mail I have a bunch of 
nested sets from Bill Plum, but they are lick'n'stick.  My understanding is 
someone asked Bill about getting the self-stick kind and he replied that 
even if he could get them (which apparently he can't) they tend to dry out 
in a year or two anyway.
