Some times ago I asked in reflector about status of October -
December, 2004 YA7X activity for DXCC. And then some folks sent me
personal questions if I got any good information (on that time it was
status "No documentation received"). Same with 5T0JL for the contact
on January, 2006.
Later I got information from Bernie, W3UR that both activities are
valid for DXCC now. I contacted with DXCC desk and today all my
contacts that where rejected before have accepted for DXCC (information from LoTW
web-site).
