Just spotted this in this week's OPDX Bulletin... I'm sure it's also in some
other sources, but since not everyone gets these, I thought I'd pass this
on:

  NEW QSL ROUTE FOR V51AS. Tommy, WE7K, informs OPDX: "Many hams have
  been frustrated with the lack of response of QSL cards from Frank,
  V51AS, as a result of local mail problems in Namibia, e.g. stolen and
  'lost' content mail. As of March 10, 2007, Frank offers those who need
  his card to send their QSL cards to:
    Frank Steinhauser, Schlossstr. Nr 68A, 82 140 Olching, Germany
  He emphasizes that this is not a QSL Manager, so it may be up to
  four months before you will hear back from him. The QSL address in
  Namibia is still valid but not reliable."

Sounds like V51AS has finally heard our collective frustration, and has
tried to do something about it!
