Why not ask Fred himself at n6awd at ncinternet.net?
Still waiting here also but there hasn't been much time since the operation 
ended in Oct 2006.  Maybe he is still waiting for the printers, logs, etc. 
I have received many cards thru Fred and he has always been a good QSL Mgr.
