I also worked OD5ET last summer, and sent a card on 9/5/06 with 2 GS.  I sent 
it to the address on QRZ.com and am still waiting.  

Sending a card direct with return postage in care of the bureau works in some 
cases-I got a card from a ham in Taiwan that way; maybe it is SOP in some 
places.
