[Dx-qsl] Cards to/from Lebanon

Worked OD5ET last summer - before all hell broke loose and half of Lebanon got turned into a moonscape.

Has anybody been able to get cards out of or into OD land recently?  I'm going to assume that IRCs are not an option for this country, and that GS would be very much appreciated.  Also, is there any concerns about sending cards direct to a ham "care of" the OD bureau as notated in OD5ET's QSZ.com info page.
