Hi Brett and all:
I agree 100% with Brett on how stupid to filter out an entire nation.
I want to make a constructive and civilized solution, however,
as talked in the dx-qsl reflector a few days ago, so I asked
Tim the system admin to include the IP address block
of the ASAHI-NET core servers (of /24, which only relays mail
from the subscribers including myself) to the white list.
In fact, in Japan many ISPs no longer allow the end users to
send SMTP directly, by performing outbound port 25 blocking.
ASAHI-NET is one of them which has introduced the blocking
policy, to block outgoing SPAM.
I hope this may help describing the situation for all the readers
to the dx-qsl reflector.
