To all,

This list exists for the civil discussion of DX and the civil exchange of DX information.

When a member writes to me and wants to unsubscribe because other members have been less than civil or helpful in their response to his earnest request for advice, it is time to remind all civility is the prime directive on this list. Those involved need to offer an apology for their responses. What may be obvious to one person (like the response time required to receive a QSL from a DXpedition), may not be to another. 

If anyone has a problem with this, please unsubscribe from the list now.

Enough said. This thread and this kind of behavior stops here.
