[Dx-qsl] Rec'd today: TU2CI, ZL8R, VK9NS

TU2CI - this is my third attempt.  This third attempt I sent on 12/20/06 via
airmail with $5 US in 5x7 brown envelope via airmail.  Previous attempt was
using regular white envelope.  I have noticed that this 5x7 brown envelope
via air mail method works better when the DX op advises that mail delivery
is a problem.  Worked the first time I tried it for V51AS, EX8MLE, UA4WHX
(various Dxpeditions), TU2CI.   

ZL8R - thanks to Gary, VE3XN for quick turnaround!  Also to mention these
guys ran a superb Dxpedition.  They were VERY patient and copied my repeated
call through QRM with my 100W and dipole on 30 meters.  OUTSTANDING!

VK9NS - Mr Smith always a gentleman, QSL rapid turnaround.

To top it off, the groundhog says early spring!
