Personally, I was really happy to see someone (5L2MS) try it. I was glad to
send $3 via paypal, knowing that it WOULD GET THERE. Add in the
convenience, the savings on the postage of my card TO the station and the envelope and
I'm ahead of the game. I expect to see more big operators/dxpeditions go this
way, especially those that don't need to receive the cards. They could also
have 2 receiving payment sites. One for the super-duper quad-fold with
dolby (tm) wraparound sound (for a higher cost and longer wait) or the cheapie,
QUICK card for those who don't need pretty pictures - just a confirmation.

And there's the 'green' aspect too. Thousands of qsls sent TO the station
must cost us a few trees somewhere in the world! If we don't send unnecessary
cards, think of the happy forest creatures! :-)

Happy New Year to all.

PAX. PAZ. MIR. SHALOM. SALAAM. FRED. RAUHA. SIOCHAIN. PEACE. My
wish for all of us and our children.
