[Dx-qsl] Postage payment via PayPal?

Considering the amount of fees that Paypal collections on transactions, 
such micro-payments become extremely expensive.  For any transaction 
under US$5.00 to $US10.00, the fees as a percentage of the money being 
transferred are enormous.
