[Dx-qsl] QSL for OD5NH

I had good success using WF5E QSL service. I did NOT receive a card
from him BUT he did stamp my own card as confirmed and it DOES count
toward DXCC with the ARRL.
It may take up to a year to get it confirmed but it worked for me.
