I'm one-for-two with Stig. My first request, sent with $2 and one IRC 
(just in case), took about 3 months and was an All-Time New One for 
me. My second request never came back, sent with $2 on April 20th. I 
have those QSOs set to go out again in my end-of-the-year re-send of 
needed/outstanding cards.
