This may seem a peculiar question, but I feel sure [and hope] that it is
answered by many Members of this list, either direct or via the list.
And I hope to get answers from 'everywhere' <smile>


Regarding Your National QSL Buro.

Is it run purely by Volunteers, or does it have any Paid workers ?

If the former, who pays the postage costs ? Are these reimbursed from
Your National Society ?
