[Dx-qsl] 9th Band complete! Rec'd: KL7HBK

KL7HBK: SASE sent direct on Nov. 19th, for number 100 on 160m, 
completing my 9th DXCC band! The QSO was difficult and the QSB deep 
(he was only 339 to me), but after 3 or 4 tries I heard my call and 
report come back before he faded out permanently.

Many thanks to John for this great milestone, a new entity on 160, a 
new zone on 160 and a new state on 160 (which will spur me to go nuts 
to complete the other 6 more I still need in the contest later tonight).
