[Dx-qsl] IK2IQD manager

My log shows I used him for a QSL for 5N6EAM on 2 bands, recv'd a 
QSL back for both bands all OK.  I sent my card on 07 JAN 2006 
but my logger (DX4WIN) doesn't have the means of showing when I 
received a card back so can't remark on the turn around time.
