[Dx-qsl] A Reminder

[DX-QSL]

Mainly to our European Readers - especially those in Germany and Italy

It has been well publicised, but even so , too many are sending
insufficient return postage with qsl requests.

One US$ simply does not cover the postage from the UK.

Also recently, someone has discovered a source of IRC's which clearly
have an expiry date of last year. Please don't send them to me, or
anyone else - they are worthless.
