PROVISION TO WORK ON 50 MHz (6 METERS) IN TURKEY

In accordance with the effective Amateur Radio
Regulation and also the latest information (
http://www.qsl.net/ta3j/50MHz.jpg ) received from
Telecommunications Authority;

Since 50 MHz (6 meters) band has been used mostly for
the tasks other  than amateur operations it can be
used with special authorization. In case of a request
from radio amateurs, mentioned band, can be used with 
the consideration of the priority of the tasks.
 
My personal opinion:

It will be appropriate for the radio amateurs who wish
to work on 50  MHz (6 meters) band, by taking the
place of the operation into  consideration, to apply
to the related site office (
http://www.tk.gov.tr/Kurum_Hakkinda/Kurulus_Yapisi/Tasra/Tasra.htm
) in writing for a special authorization.

On the other hand, application through an amateur
radio association is not obligatory. For this reason
radio amateurs can apply personally.
