  Hello  All,
    Has  anyone  ever  received a qsl  for wkg  YI9DXX ??
     Computer  operated station in Iraq operated by  stateside sta's.
     qsl  mgr is ka1zfe  ( now w4gov) in  Virginia
     After  3  attempts  he acknowledged my  request,(e-mail)  After 
informing me that he has mailed my
       cards    3 times
      Staill haven't  received any  mail ..
       HMMM  Does  he  want to send the card.  ???

     Virginia  not  all that  far  from  No.Carolina..
