[Dx-qsl] Russian QSL's

Hi Glen,
I used to QSL all the time with USSR stations back in the Soviet Union days 
and the PO BOX 88. Bureau..
As soon as the Soviet Union collapsed , All the Russian and other ex soviet 
countries I worked ,wanted to QSL direct....
so i don't know if PO Box 88 is still working or not...

I just looked at some cards I have ready to send to the bureau and there are 
some UA2 UA3 UA4 cards there
so there must be a QSL bureau still working...
