[Dx-qsl] 9M2/PG5M

Hello,

The spots for 9M2/PG5M are found in the DX-cluster, and they
say he is QRV from Layang Layang Is,

It sounds a little funny to me.

Layang Layang Is, is included in 9M6 area where 9M2 license does
not cover.

The 9M4Sxx are assigned for the special event from 9M2 area, 9M6
area, and (maybe) 9M8 area, and we were assigned 9M4SDX for the
DX-pedition from Layang Layang Is. instead of 9M6xxx.

Furthermore, the ham radio license and being assigned a call
sign are not good enough for operating from Layang Layang. Is.,
but you need an approval from the Navy as well.

I really hope that he is operating under all of these approvals.
