 I guess mailing costs from HA is a little bit higher.
An air mail letter (20 g) costs 230 HUF now.

1 USD = 185 HUF nowdays!!! 
So, only one badly wanted DXCC point costs  1,24 USD + 2 USD.

US postal rates are very friendly.
