[Dx-qsl] New US to International Postage Rates

I'm not sure if this was posted before ...
 
On May 14th, international postage from US will increase as follows(from 
USPS.GOV):
 
1oz letter - to Canada and Mexico will be 69c(now 63c)
                 to everwhere else  will be 90c(now 84c)
 
IRC - $2.00(now $1.85)
