Their site is receiving too many hits and their ISP can't handle the 
bandwidth, so most accesses are being turned away due to "capacity 
problems."  I was just now able to get through via 
http://logsearch.de/index.php?option=com_wrapper&Itemid=73 , but it took me 
a dozen or more Refreshes to do it.  While this technique works, I would 
recommend that no one use it more than every day or two so we don't add to 
the problems others have trying to get in.
