it's either a swamped server or they're doing  some loading/maintenance.  it 
comes up and goes down.  i've gotten in  one minute and then not the next.  my 
missing qsos are now all there for  the 5 bands i worked.

try going in and if you get 'the message', hit your  reload.  try it a couple 
of times.  sometimes it works on the 3rd or  4th shot.
