Information on the IK3QAR.it search engine notes that Sergei, UA3AGS is a 
Silent Key.  I am looking for a route for a February 1999 R1FJL QSO, which I 
originally sent to UA3AGS direct in 1999 with no reply.

RK1PWA is noted as a route for 2005; is this also a viable route for earlier 
(1999) R1FJL operations?
