[Dx-qsl] LZ0A - Miracles Never Cease!

Yike!  I sent a request for LZ0A back on February 10, 1999.  I never 
received a response (surprise) and ultimately confirmed South Shetlands 
with HF0POL.

Maybe the logjam has been removed?  (I am not holding my breath on my 
1999 request)
