The DXSCAPE is developed by Japanese who is living in California.
He is Mr.Ueda, JA4PXC. (He is my friend.)
I would like to add one reason.
- User certification option is available
The contributor's call sign with "-#" like "JQ2GYU-#" means
that this is the information posted by password certified user.
