QSL Bureaus are working very slow and they are not
reliable.

The last time I received QSL cards, for which I am the
QSL Manager, send from QSL Bureaus outside of Turkey,
through TRAC Turkish QSL Bureau was April 21, 2006. 
Till now there is no QSL cards that I have received
through QSL Bureau.

If you want to get a QSL card immediately from me, I
advise you to use the direct way.
