Ahem. That quote should have said "I DO NOT wish to QSL!" -- my fault on the typo.
However, Mark, K4UTE via Pathfinder shows QSL manager for AH8A prior to 10/2002 is via Ron AC7DX. And I should have picked up that the "Ron" who answered you earlier is... AC7DX. Hmmm.
Go figure.

Sounds like this one might be a lost cause. You might try making up a QSL for Bill to sign, and simply ask him to sign & return it... but don't hold your breath.
