[Dx-qsl] Research issue - Moldova (results)

OK, this went out about 10 days ago.

Got 20 responses from mostly US stations and a few UK hams.

Folks have QSLs outstanding from 26 different ER stations - 3 of which are 
seen repeatedly.

ER1QQ/ER1Q was found in 10 hams' missing lists;
ER4DX was in 9; and
ER1DA was in 7.

Others seen include ER1ZZ, ER5AA, ER1NZ, and ER5AA who are missing by 2 or 3 
hams each.

So, looking at the big three - which by the way represent only the call of 
the missing confirmation.  It does not reflect missing band/modes which tend 
to pump up calls like ER1Q and ER4DX who are active in contests.

Is there anything we want as a group to do with it?  Will registered letters 
work?  Cards with Moldovan postage?
