I had a 20 metre RTTY QSO with Julien, 9Y4FZ, on 4 August last which, at
the time was not identified as a new mode country QSO for me.

I went to all of QRZ, Buckmaster and Pathfinder looking for an address,
and could find nothing.

Does anyone have any good QSL info on this station - I would certainly
appreciate some assistance.
