Recorded Delivery works just as good as Registered with Frank and is much
cheaper.
Got mine back is about 6 weeks.

Frank is very good about QSLing. As Peter mentioned his mail is
regularly robbed. I tried once direct with no result. I needed the
CW (2 bands) and I needed that GRID. So I went together with another
guy and sent via registered. I think the reply was about three
weeks. He sent one envelope with another envelope inside for the
other stations QSL. I believe he either sent US stamps or an IRC.
Don't remember. He is quite nice. So if you stand the pain of
registered mail (6-7 bucks) plus postage... You'll surely get one
back. Ask around and you might find someone to piggy back with.
