The QRZ address is good. I've gotten many cards back from Frank over 
the years, although the most recent ones were sent registered mail 
due to corrupt Namibian postal employees pilfering his mail. $2 USD 
should cover return postage back stateside. Frank's on a lot, and on 
many different bands, too.
