[Dx-qsl] Low Band ops use LoTW more

It's a well-known law, and a terrible one. The lower you go, ther harder is
to get a card. 40 m is the last band where you can get a last sign of
gentlemanship. 80 m is a disaster, let alone 160 m.
This week has brought a brightest surprise to me, CQ0P has finally confirmed
me PORTUGAL on 80 m... Several bureau and direct requests during a few years
were completely in vain... And finally it pops up on LoTW. In the meantime
there are just packages QSL requests coming from CT for contacts on 20 m and
up, both via bureau and direct.
It only helps sometimes when contesters download their logs to LoTW. That
was the only way I managed to get things like GM, GW on low bands...
