Don't feel alone..... worked a 9K2 station in 2000. Got a confirm in both 
eQSL and LoTW but couldn't get a card because I wasn't in the log. Huh?

Sent an email to the manager pointing this out and never received a reply. I 
didn't need the card per se but it was a stateside manager and I like cards so 
I was looking to get one.

Consequently, this one falls squarely into the "scratching my head" category.
