Its amazing the number of people right now especially American who
insist on sticking a mint 47p stamp on their retun enveliope.

If I stick it in the box (assuming they have also typed my outgoing name
and address) I have had a few returned recently
for insufficient postage. Then what do I do? What I dont do is
stick another 50p stamp on the envelope and re-post - it goes back via
the Buro.

Please do NOT put stamps on your envelopes. (Especially American
internal mail ones)...
