Does anyone know how many USD it would take to return a Registered Air Mail 
(or their equivalent) 2 oz. parcel from Namibia to the States?  Would you 
send them USD5.00 to cover it?  USD10.00?  USD20.00?   Orrrrrrrr, is 
outgoing not a problem for them, just incoming?

Inquiring QSL'ers want to know.
