[Dx-qsl] SASE not always the way

Me too, Peter. He did the same thing
to me back in the summer. I sent him an IRC (from
Australia) and SASE. He sent my card back to me,
with a note saying "please only IRC from USA".
What a joke.

Yup, a ?1,00 and a ?0,70 current-series DL
postage stamp was on the SASE, same as I send to
every other DL manager/station I need a card
from. He sent my own card back to me, and the
note. Wouldn't have hurt him to send the needed
confirmation plus a note saying please next time
send $$ instead. I don't mind if a guy's polite
about it, but this really rankled me. He's on MY blacklist, that's for sure.
