I had no problem here at all. I received a card for my July 3 contact (not
good). Then I received a card for all other contacts with the July 3rd one
on that card also. No bogus dates at all. Everything done correctly per DXCC
rules.

All of this is fine, except it doesn't help someone like me who worked him
on July 2 before his license was legit for working the HF band he was on. My
QSL with him was confirmed for that contact(worthless) and he didn't bother
to check his log to see that I also worked him 3 number of times on 20 and
30M and he did not QSL these. That leaves me minus a few dollars and a
Montenegro comfirmation.
