Tom,

The procedure is outlined in the DXCC FAQ on the DXCC web site, upper right 
hand corner.

Answers 9-11 discuss how to arrange the cards. Don't feel lonely, most of us 
have gotten snippy notes from the HQ checkers.

Some of mine were not credited the first time through, particularly some 
with multiple contacts on one card. Like you, I am a LM of the League.

I just save them and resubmit.
