Dennis,
The only way I have gotten a QSL out of EX0Y and EX8MLE was to use
registered mail. I also used return postage from Plum although that might
be over kill but it sure worked. I requested EX8MLE to see if he could get
EX0Y's QSL also so I got back both cards in the same envelope. That eased
the $$ pain somewhat.
