[Dx-qsl] Any info about FR5KE?

  The other day, a friend worked FR5KE (op was Alain) on 30m, or at
least what he thinks was FR5KE. He wasn't able to find any QSL info,
and there have only been a handful of spots for that call. I
suggested that it might have been FY5KE, but FY5KE didn't seem to be
active (at least not spotted) during that time.

  Does anyone have any QSL (or any other) info for FR5KE?
