[Dx-qsl] DX QSLing - totally blanking on alternative to Registered Mail

UA4WHX has been busy as D20VB.  Worked him today.  Judging from the 
pile-ups I suspect he will be getting a lot of mail to his Russia 
address.  Maybe a combined mailing via registered mail would be in order.
