Once again, there is a missing PSK/data card from an expedition.  I just
dont understand how that keeps happening, when I can see both his call, and
then mine when he responds, so there is gotta be a drop someplace.  Anyway,
there are a couple of other rtty contacts on other bands, so no great loss
not getting that one on 30.
